Straight answers, before the discovery call.

The same questions engineering leaders and procurement teams ask us during evaluation, answered without marketing fluff.

You get direct access to senior engineers, not a sales team plus a rotating cast of juniors. Scope is written, pricing is fixed, and the audit tier gives you a low-risk way to evaluate fit before any ongoing commitment.

We publish client-attributed case studies only after the client reviews and approves them in writing. If you would like a reference conversation with a current client during your evaluation, ask during your discovery call and we will arrange one under NDA.

We work with teams across Asia, Europe, and North America. Incident response and standing meetings are scheduled in your business hours. Production changes land in windows you approve.

Yes. Most engagements augment an in-house team rather than replace one. We document decisions as we go so the knowledge stays with your team after the engagement ends.

The audit is a fixed-price, one-time engagement. We review your AWS setup, security posture, and cost structure, and deliver a written roadmap with prioritized actions. If we cannot identify meaningful findings within the first week, you pay nothing.

You own the roadmap. You can hand it to your own team, stop there, or move into a retainer where we implement the changes. There is no lock-in between the audit and the retainer.

Retainer pricing is agreed up front based on scope, not billed hourly. If scope changes materially, we agree a new rate in writing before the work begins.

No. Changes are prepared in a staging environment or pull request, reviewed with your team, and only promoted to production after your explicit approval.

We sign an NDA before any credentials or architecture details are shared. Access is scoped to the minimum required for the engagement and is revoked at the end of it.

No. Credentials are rotated and access is removed within 48 hours of engagement close. We keep only the sanitized deliverables we were contracted to produce.

Core compute and networking (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC), data (RDS, S3, DynamoDB), AI (Bedrock, SageMaker), and the surrounding operational layer (IAM, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Cost Explorer). Scope for your engagement is defined in writing before work starts.

Yes. We work with Claude via Anthropic direct and Bedrock, as well as other production LLM stacks. We focus on cost, latency, eval, and reliability patterns rather than recommending any one provider by default.

Cost optimization across prompt design, caching, model routing, and evaluation-driven model selection is a standard part of our AI engagements. Specific savings depend on your current setup and are estimated during the audit.
