When you fill out our contact form, request a consultation, or engage our services, we may collect your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and project details. If you engage our paid services, we may collect billing information including payment card details and tax identification numbers. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

Information from Service Engagements

This information is accessed solely for delivering contracted services and is treated as Confidential Information under our Terms of Service.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.

VayuMesh does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only: (a) with trusted service providers contractually obligated to protect your data (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery); (b) when required by law, regulation, or court order; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of VayuMesh, our clients, or the public; (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected parties; and (e) with your prior written consent.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest; role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication; regular security assessments and vulnerability testing; employee training on data protection; incident response procedures and breach notification protocols; and secure disposal of data when no longer needed. While we strive to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will promptly notify affected parties in the event of a data breach in accordance with applicable law.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes collected. Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four (24) months unless a service engagement is initiated. Client engagement data is retained for seven (7) years following the engagement. Website analytics data is retained in anonymized form. You may request deletion at any time by contacting contact@vayumesh.com, and we will process your request within thirty (30) days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Our website uses essential cookies necessary for site functionality and may use analytics cookies to improve performance. VayuMesh does not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted. If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For transfers outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Our services are primarily operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers to ensure adequate protection regardless of where data is processed.

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
